4. Bulk Orders

• Bulk orders may require special handling and shipping arrangements.
• For bulk orders exceeding 5kg, shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated based on the order volume and destination.
• We will contact you directly to confirm shipping details for bulk orders.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
• You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.
• If your order is delayed, please allow an additional 3 working days before contacting us. For lost shipments, please reach out to our support team.

7. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Certain seeds may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

• If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to receive, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
